Dispatch and Delivery
We deliver our product(s) across India and specific countries. Although we do not provide FREE delivery, we strive to maintain low and affordable delivery price(s).
We try to ship through reputed carrier companies like DHL, Firstflight, DTDC, BlueDart, Fedex, Delhivery, Ecom Express, India Post, Xpress Bees to name a few to ensure safe and fast delivery. For domestic customers, in case we fail to deliver our products through courier, we will opt for India Post.
Delivery usually completes in 10-15 days for domestic and 30-45 days for international orders until any special circumstance arises like inclement weather, bandh, curfew etc.
For product in stock we dispatch within 48 hours after confirmation of your order else, we will inform you by mail about next availability of the product within 2-3 days.
Any delay caused by courier company or India post is not our responsibility. Our Risks and Responsibilities ceases the moment the goods leave our premises. No claim of damage/shortage accepted once product ships out from our warehouse.
Claim for loss/damage etc., caused during transit are to be made with carriers
Shipping charges levied are extra that depends on weight, quantity and distance from our warehouse to your beneficiary location that gets calculated automatically when you purchase a product from our store.

Cancellation

After order confirmation and payment completion, we will endeavor to deliver your product within stipulated delivery time to your beneficiary address.
Once order is confirmed, no cancellation will be entertained.
No cancellation will be entertained post shipment.
We request our dear customers to confirm the purchase first before you proceed with booking with us.

Refunds | Returns | Replacement

GOOD ONCE SOLD WILL NOT BE TAKEN BACK OR EXCHANGED
We make every effort to service the orders placed with us as per the order specifications and delivery timelines mentioned against each product. As a policy, we request you to kindly check the product and the accessories while accepting the delivery. In case of any discrepancies, kindly bring it to our notice before accepting delivery. After acceptance of product delivery, we will not entertain any returns or refund request.
Returns, Replacement or Refunds will be entertained ONLY under the following circumstances:
• In case a wrong product was delivered to you for some reason, a replacement will be sent across. Here please note original packing along with original product has to be returned back to us first. On receiving and scrutinizing conditions of the returned product, your true order will be shipped out with priority. In case of tampered or dent marks found in returned products, no replacement, no refund will be issued very strictly. We keep boxing and unboxing videos of our shipment.
• In case the product you have ordered is not available in our stock, the amount will be refunded back for that product within 15 days.
• In case a product was found to be damaged on delivery, within 2 days of this being reported from delivery a replacement will be sent across to you.
• While doing payment transaction with our store, your order gets failed or cancelled and money gets deducted from your account, the paid amount will be refunded back to your initial mode of payment.
